Definition
A Member is a person who signs up to Vacation Bali Villas’ Reservation Management System and will use any services and products offered by Vacation Bali Villas. Vacation Bali Villas is a BaliBagus.com’s company that provides, operates, and takes responsible for the Villa Reservation Management Systems ("VRMS").
Benefit of the Services
Member is offered products and services, for instance, access to the database provided by Vacation Bali Villas. An email will be sent to Member about the details.
Description of the Services
Vacation Bali Villas provides the most extensive database available for villas on Bali. Member has unlimited access to the database and can make particular deals for particular services with Vacation Bali Villas.
Member, Account, and Password
Everyone can be a member of Vacation Bali Villas’ VRMS. Every member has an account (called login name and password). Please note that both login name and password are case sensitive, for instance, case, Case, and CASE are different.
Applicant Denial and Membership Termination
Vacation Bali Villas reserves the right to approve or reject any application for membership with or without reasons and notices. Vacation Bali Villas reserves the right to terminate an account due to the violation of rules and regulations as stated in Terms and Conditions and other related rules. If membership is terminated from database, Member cannot reapply for membership at any time.
Illegal Copy and Distribution
It is illegal, dishonorable, and a crime to copy and/or distribute database, product, or service information or any materials without written permissions from Vacation Bali Villas.
Registration Obligations
Member has to agree with the Terms and Conditions of this service.
Using Membership
Whenever Member uses his/her membership Vacation Bali Villas’ travel consultant will recognize and give him/her full support. When Member has a direct contact to Vacation Bali Villas’ staff via phone the special services will apply. Vacation Bali Villas’ staff may ask for Member's account (complete name and login name) but the password. Member must log in to book a room using the reservation form of the intended villa.
Limitation of Liability
Vacation Bali Villas makes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect Member's computer or other property as a result of Member's access to, use of, or browsing in this site and downloading of any contents from the site.
Vacation Bali Villas does not accept any liability for any injuries, losses, claims, damages or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort , or otherwise arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from Vacation Bali Villas. Vacation Bali Villas does not guarantee the availability and/or quality of products and/or services, accuracy of information provided by third parties. |

PRIVACY POLICY |

Vacation Bali Villas values Member's privacy. Vacation Bali Villas only collect information that would normally be asked when Member registering at any reputable villa. Except when providing this information to the villa to reserve and confirm Member's reservation request, Vacation Bali Villas does not currently and has no plan in the future to sell, share, or rent any information that Member provided to any other third party.
Force Majeure
Force majeure includes war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, technical or maintenance problems with transfer, unforeseen operational decisions of air carriers such as changes of schedule, or any unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond Vacation Bali Villas’ control.
Alteration
Vacation Bali Villas reserves the rights to modify, add, or remove portions of the Terms and Conditions under which the website is presented without Member's consent. Please check periodically for changes. Member's continued use and/or access to web site following changes to this Terms and Conditions will mean that Member accept those changes.
Law of Agreement
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rules any claims or legal actions arising relating this agreement.
Reservation Procedures
All reservation will be proceeding if Member fills completely the Reservation Form. The reservation will be reply within 2 x 24 hours. If the reservation is not confirmed Vacation Bali Villas’ staff will inform Member and give the other suggestions.
Member needs to provide advance deposit (non refundable) equal to 1 night deposit to secure the booking (low season, and 50% deposit from total room night (high/peak season).
In some villa, the deposit should be in cash advance. If the guest willing to pay the deposit by credit card the guest should enclosed credit card authorization form with copy of credit card details both side and copy of passport so the villa can validate the credit card detail.
Upon check-in date, Member shall present himself/herself personally, his/her Generated ID (for instance, Proof of Purchase), Credit Card, and other necessary identification documents (passport) for the purposes of confirming his/her identity and reservation to the relevant personnel at the villa.
Payments
The balance payment shall be made directly by Member to the reserved villa. Vacation Bali Villas shall not be liable in any way if villa refuses to accept or honor the Credit Card for any reasons. Furthermore, Vacation Bali Villas makes no responsibility to any surcharges made by Member's Credit Card issuer and/or his/her partner Banks. Member need to check his/her Credit Card issuer if he/she has any questions regarding this matter.
Prices
Rates are quoted on per night per person basis and allow for maximum occupancy of the villa as shown on the web site.
Member can make modifications/changes to his/her reservation by sending email to Vacation Bali Villas. Vacation Bali Villas will make a new reservation as per Member's request. Vacation Bali Villas shall not be liable in any way if Member fails to secure previously reserved room rates and/or period of stay at the same villa.
Modifications/Changes
Member is liable for any additional charges or expenses imposed by Villas in respect to such modifications/changes for shortening of stay and/or downgrading, extension of stay and/or upgrading of room type or full cancellation based on villas current Cancellation Policy.
Refunds, if any, shall be made by Villa directly to Member based on its current Refund Policies.
Additional Terms
Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservation, purchase of services and other uses of portion of this site. Member agrees to abide by such other Terms and Conditions.
